VIRD foundation may prioritise vulnerable communities and districts across the following regions, expanding as capacity and partnerships allow.

Geographic expansion is guided by demonstrated need, vulnerability, community readiness, partner availability, funding, operational capacity and programme evidence.
How we understand communities
Community consultations, baseline assessments, household surveys, vulnerability analysis, stakeholder mapping, gender analysis, disability inclusion analysis, environmental assessment and community priority ranking.
Phased reach
Phase 1: Northern Ghana. Phase 2: Ghana-wide replication. Phase 3: international expansion, subject to legal presence, partnerships, qualified personnel, sustainable financing and demonstrated programme capacity.
